Leadership is a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective.
The Minister for Youth's Leadership Grants are available to support young people to undertake leadership opportunities they could not otherwise afford.
Examples of youth leadership activities include:
- assisting newly arrived refugees with their transition into their local community
- leading a recycling project within your sporting club
- negotiating with your local council and community to undertake a mural project for young people
Funding of up to $500 is available to individuals aged 12–25 living in South Australia. Funding rounds close on the 15th of each month.
