Premier's Memorandum on Youth Participation

The purpose of the Premier’s Memorandum is to increase the number of young people involved in government and community decision-making processes. At present there are 60 signatories to the Memorandum.

The Office for Youth is currently developing a new youth policy framework called ‘youthconnect’. The overarching youth participation policy principles from the Premier’s Memorandum will be embedded within the new framework.

At this stage we are not accepting any further signatories to the Premier’s Memorandum on Youth Participation, however, interested organisations are welcome to find out more about youthconnect. More information about youthconnect found by clicking here.
