April 2009
Well the Ignite entrepreneurship program is now up and running, ‘igniting’ new and innovative business ideas throughout regional South Australia. All feedback from participants has been extremely positive and the Ignite management team are overwhelmed with the high calibre of ideas being produced and the level of enthusiasm from all of the participants.
Moving forward… we have our next session coming up on 'Marketing and Product Development' to be delivered in May 2009. Please refer to the calendar below for all the dates.
March 2009
The Ignite program is now calling for business people and entrepreneurs with experience in the agri-food sector who are willing to mentor and support Ignite participants over a 12 month period. For more information or to apply click here.
We are excited to have opended up the Ignite entrepreneur program to people in the South East! If you live in the South East we will be accepting applications up until 5pm Monday 9 March 2009. Apply now.
While expressions of Interest for the entrepreneur program in the other regions are now closed, please contact us ASAP if you would still like to be involved.
January 2009
The program team continue to meet with key stakeholders and potential participants in the regions throughout December 2008 and January 2009.

- Mentoring Event #2 will take place on 16-20 February 2010
- A call for mentors to participate in the
- Expressions of interest to participate in the program (South East) will close on 5 March 2009.
- Expressions of interest to participate in the program will close on 18 February 2008.
- Successful applicants will be notified by mail by 4 March 2008.
- Successful applicants will have their first professional development day in the week beginning 16 March 2009.
